What does it look like?

– 1 Hour settling in, a short hike is possible for interested folk

– 2 Hours Brainspotting

– 1 Hour lunch break

– 2 Hours Brainspotting

– 1 Hour settling out, walk and talk for Interested folk

I have found the access to the outdoors while in an active process enhances the experience and help integrate your experience better. With easy short access to almost any outdoor adventure you can imagine. Fruita and the vicinity offer an amazing setting to break through blocks and reset your nervous system.

An intensive costs $950 a day. Intensives can be scheduled up to 3 days in a a row.
