I was born in NC and grew up both there and in Israel, where the sense of family and community is strong. To this day, seeking and being involved in the community is one of the most important things to me. When I came back to the US, I worked for several years as a mentor in a therapeutic treatment program for youth. My experience there solidified the feeling that working with people was how I wanted to serve my community. After experiencing Brainspotting myself and realizing what a powerful tool it could be for growth, I got trained and certified. I work with people of all ages and backgrounds.
